Specific Writing content: Create 2-3 stories a week ranging from 200 words to 800 words each. Topics will cover neighborhoods, art galleries, events, music, brewery, artists, boutiques, designers, restaurants, and other local components. The goal is to leverage content already curated and writing a complimentary story, Our website has a list of some of the brands and creatives we are featuring. Content already curated include: Jenis, Southern theater, Le Meredien, Franklinton Dodge Park, ShopThread, artist Roger Williams, Honda, South Drive in theater, And many more Columbus brands and creatives.

RequirementsPosition Summary and Responsibilities: The Columbus Book Project is seeking a motivated and passionate writer/communications. The writer is responsible for writing and contributing text content of the book. The writer must discover and write compelling stories based on content curated. The writer must be knowledgeable of Columbus culture and atmosphere. Must understand the audience of The Columbus Book Project and write content designed to engage our reader. This role will be an intricate part of the success of the book. Other activities will include creating verbiage for marketing materials, and other activities geared to engaging potential readers.
-Bachelor’s Degree preferred
