Position Summary: The Franklin Institute’s Digital Media Department is looking for an intern with a passion for digital media who can assist with website, social media, and mobile app initiatives. The intern will have the opportunity to contribute to our social and website content. The intern will be researching various topics for a digital content calendar and schedule. The intern will build a portfolio in content management and creation. Intern will use personal computer when working remotely.
Education Requirements: 1-2 years of college education, Marketing, PR, Communications, Journalism, or Web Development majors in college are encouraged to apply.
Special Skills Required:
• Strong writing, organizational and communication skills
• Analytical skills
• Attention to detail
• Experience with Google Docs
Schedule Requirements: Minimum of 3 days a week (Monday-Friday), 9:00am – 5:00 pm. The intern will have the opportunity to work remotely, with weekly or bi-weekly in-house meeting.
