Sport Draftr is a new daily fantasy sports platform headquartered in London; experiencing rapid growth and funding as it gains a hold of the nascent daily fantasy sports market outside the US, while taking a share from the well-established online sports betting market of the UK.

We are looking for a Full-Stack Web Developer responsible for working closely with the CEO/CTO (based in NYC) on continuous iterations of the existing product. You will focus on server side logic, refactoring and optimization, updating front-end implementations and integrating new functionality or updates. We are looking for someone with a passion for development and real-time web. You should be capable of original thinking and the ability to solve complex problems. Attention to detail is of paramount importance as is an ability to work to tight deadlines.

An understanding of fantasy sports is a plus but not a requirement.


Refactoring and re-implementing REST API for performance optimizations
Refining Front-end UX/UI as per new requirements/updates
Data manipulation and presentation tool development
Front-end user experience and flow tracking for improvements


Understanding of front-end technologies and platforms, such as JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3
Experience with frameworks such as AngularJS and Socket.io a plus
User authentication and authorization between multiple systems, servers, and environments
Understanding differences between multiple delivery platforms such as mobile vs desktop, and optimizing output to match the specific platform
Implementing automated testing platforms and unit tests
Proficient knowledge of the back-end programming language Node.js and Express framework
Proficient understanding and knowledge of MongoDB and MongooseJS framework
Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Github and Bitbucket
Understanding of Agile Project Management
