Marketing Growth Hacker Intern
We are seeking a Marketing Growth Hacker to join our team for a one-year Internship! In this role, you will work closely with our Sr. Director of Product Marketing, our Director of User Experience, and our Development Team to focus on Growth Hacking: a mashup of Lead Generation, Marketing Automation, and Social Media Management. Prime responsibility is to fill the top of our marketing funnel with organic leads and nurture them into viable sales prospects via marketing automation and continuous social media outreach.
Note: This role reports to the Senior Director of Product Marketing
ResponsibilitiesAbout the Role
As the Marketing Growth Hacker Intern, you will help devise the strategy, roadmap, and implementation of the next generation of our Marketing Technologies to accelerate growth of our inbound lead generation efforts. You will build new solutions to enable scale and impact conversion across all channels. You will help manage our Marketing Systems, define key processes and metrics, and build alignment with our Product/Engineering team. Success is defined as building the best-in-class Marketing Automation and Technology stack that accelerates Self Service revenue and user base growth.
The ideal candidate will have some prior experience with, and a desire to achieve mastery of: Marketing Automation, email platforms, conversion rate optimization, marketing metrics, lead nurturing, and other marketing / sales demand generation and productivity solutions. Must be dynamic and able to thrive in fast-growing / fast-changing environments. Requires a strategic mindset to help design and optimize business processes, identify gaps and opportunities for accelerating growth, and present recommendations. Must be systems-oriented, innovative, organized, a team player, and have strong project management skills.
