This position works directly with the CEO and Sr. program director on marketing collateral, Web based advertisements, sales promotions, web support and email projects. Must have creative ability and be able to follow instructions, maintain brand style, work on multiple web projects simultaneously, and maintain attention to detail. The appropriate candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.

This is a virtual, unpaid internship, College Credit required.
Responsibilities-Develop website and web applications
-Work with designers to implement fine details and interaction on our website, landing pages, micro-sites, emails, and all other interactive marketing materials
-Improve web presence through development of SEO/SEM strategies and best-practices
-Maximize site performance through monitoring and optimization
-Actively improve and contributing to Perp Stars of America's development standards and front end tool kits
-Effectively communicate with team members with a focus on project requirements, capabilities, and schedule
-Lead project meetings related to your work
-Present your work to the team, ask, aggregate and implement feedback
-Explore and incorporate new and emerging development trends
-Ability to learn new frameworks and coding techniques as part of and in advance of projects that require them
Requirements-College Student with appropriate major, courses of study, and experience
-Internship participation must be for college credit
-Experienced with front end and back end web design
-Strong HTML, Jave Script, and PHP fundamentals
-Exellent verbal and written communication skills
-Passionate about bringing web experiences to life
-Attention to detail
-Ability to follow instructions
-Strong adherence to project timelines, milestones, and deadlines
