Exiger is seeking an Advisory Operations Intern to team with our talent acquisition and Human Capital team as we are engaged in a very active phase in our growth. This is a temporary position, to support this phase of our global growth. Work with Operations team leads to manage full life cycle of contractor onboarding.
Draft contractor agreements and ensure data warehouse fully executed agreement for Operations, Legal and Finance teams in Sharepoint.
Draft contractor statement of work in partnership with Operations Manager and data warehouse agreement for Operations, Legal and Finance teams.
Create new hire and new contractor employee profiles in deployment platform.Updating and maintaining employee schedules in deployment platform.
Maintain candidate process for contractors in applicant tracking system.
Knowledge & Skills
Entry level talent acquisition coordinator experience.
Proven success in an agency, search firm or corporate environment is a plus.
Excellent verbal & written communication skills and an impactful presentation style.
A high degree of customer focus, business acumen, and professionalism.Strong interpersonal, organizational and teamwork skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Bachelor’s degree preferred.
