Here at Financial Aid Network (FAN) our trained Student Loan Specialist has over two decades of experience in the college environment where we offer unparalleled support and resources to our students and families. As a result, college advisers have extensive experience working with thousands of students and families each year. Our service portfolio includes a wide variety of services, with special emphasis on Defaulted Student Loans, Scholarships and Grants for our students. The Financial Aid Network team has more than 100 years combined experience from the cross-section most experienced educational services for Financial Aid Professionals in the Higher Education Industry!
(Processing Coordinator, Accounting Assistant, or Customer Support Position)
Interns will be assisting our processing, accounting and customer support department. The individual for this position should have a passion for analysis, processing government information for clients, implementation, and testing of operations based work. Future Candidates should be capable of working as a team player and open to learning new technologies. Critical thinking, documentation, communication, project leadership, and pride in work are all skills critical to success in this role. Currently we are operating from three different locations which we are currently rebuilding new campaigns and software’s for each center. Here at Financial Aid Network we are rapidly expanding to more locations within this year therefore, we need strong goal minded candidates assisting our team to finish various projects
Responsibilities• Assist in Audit Reports for each department
• Assist in Welcome Calls and Emails
• Assist in processing payments and Collection Reports
• Assist in the Processing Department with payments and Aid Forms
• Monitoring all New Campaigns and tracking results
• Assist in creating reports client inventory software and updating client information
• Assist notifications and updates for each client
• Assist in communicating new updates for each call center
