This is a non-paid position; However, the Volunteer/Intern would be offered the opportunity to take accredited certification training in exchange for hours worked at BHLD. BHLD is a highly regarded coaching, consulting, and training institute that contracts with for-profit organizations and government agencies. This training is worth thousands of dollars and enables the graduates to establish a private practice in the coaching and health/wellness industry.

Behavioral Health and Leadership Dynamics, LLC (BHLD) is an online training institute providing accredited certification in life coaching and health and wellness. We have Volunteer Positions along with Internships available year round in Business Administration, Social Media/Marketing and Project Management. The Volunteer/ Intern would need to have excellent computer skills, good written and verbal communication skills, and perceptive judgement.

The Volunteer/Intern would need to commute to our office location, although occasionally some work may be completed virtually. Margaret McCraw, Ph.D., MBA, LCSW-C, Founder of BHLD, is the direct supervisor of the Volunteers/Interns.
Flexible hours -- day-time Monday through Friday.

Volunteers will have the opportunity to develop and/or expand upon their administrative and business skills. This experience will enhance creativity.


Potential duties/Responsibilities: Maintain accurate and complete documentation and records for students enrolled in training Maintain lists and databases Research government contract opportunities Create email newsletters and send to subscribers Update school directory web site Contact organizations about BHLD services Communicate with students in BHLD training programs as needed Create spreadsheets and forms as needed Answer telephones Make appointments Upload videos about the school to You tube
