Serves hot and cold food items in cafeteria. Prepares grill and deli items to order. Stocks and replenishes cafeteria food, beverage, and paper supplies. Records all cafeteria customers and purchases through cash register following established cash handling procedures. Insures cleanliness of service and dining room. Records food temperatures hot/cold. Records refrigerator/freezer temps. Follows HACCP guidelines.

Minimum Qualifications:

Ability to read, comprehend, and follow written and oral instructions and recipes.

High school diploma

Ability to perform simple math calculations

Ability to function as a team player
