A unique small business looking to hire an intern with basic fundamentals of chocolate making. Knowledge and understanding of the chocolate making process with some culinary background. The focus is on the healthy benefits of chocolate.
This is a fun, great opportunity for an intern to gain a lot of knowledge with tempering chocolate, basic fundamentals of ganache and recipe creation, decorating, dipping, coating, etc.

Responsibilities


• Daily production
• Inventory control systems
• Maintain Kitchen cleanliness standards, chocolate prep work
• Maintaining quality control
• Professional appearance & attitude

Requirements

Students applying for this internship should have a desire to learn, create and experience working with fine chocolates.
