Shamrok Event Services has been in business for about six years. We became a corporation a few years ago. Its time to expand our business. We need to do a lot of steady marketing and keep better track of the competition. This is where you come in... I am hoping that you can bring your expertise to the table and bring some organization and assistants to the CEO. With all of the day to day operational stuff we need some extra hands that don't necessarily include cooking. This is an opportunity to hire someone full- time if this opportunity goes well. This internship is not site based, but it is necessary that you have reliable transportation and have some flexibility with hours...

Responsibilities

Create a menu and price point based on research
Respond to emails and return phone calls
Keep track of social media accounts and update them frequently
Assit the CEO with scheduling and organization of files
Be available for weekly updates and check ins via phone, emailing or in person

Requirements

At least 1 year of hospitality and or some marketing experience....
Trustworthy and punctual....

•Be able to use Microsoft word, excel and PowerPoint
•Ability to answer emails and return phone calls
•Have dependable transportation
• Have experience with marketing and social media savvy
• Open schedule and flexible
