Line Cook Internship

In this internship you will be working closely with professional line cooks in assisting in daily business tasks. You will gain valuable experience as a line cook for this internship involves all hands experience on working in the restaurant setting. Once you have completed the program, you will be properly equipped with the knowledge, skills, and abilities to work as a Line Cook.


-Assist in planning, prepping, set up, and provide high quality service on all items on the menu
-Ensuring you are up to par with safety and sanitation training and standards
-Assist in ensuring excellent customers service, food quality, and cleanliness
-Meet with head cooks/chefs to discuss business changes or modifications
-Carrying and moving of supplies and food in a clean manner


-Strong customer’s service and communication skills
-Ability to read and write in English
-Have required certifications to handle food
-Must make a commitment to the program to about 15-20 hours a week
-Must be currently enrolled or recently graduated from an accredited university in the field of hospitality, restaurant management, or other related fields
