Description

We are a family friendly restaurant that seats 125. We are open everyday for lunch and dinner. We are sports themed and run a bar as well. We have internship positions for culinary students interested in learning line cooking including fryer work, grill and griddle work, salad and soup making, etc.

Responsibilities

Day to day activities include food preparation (cutting and seasoning meats, cutting vegetables and salad items, soup making, sauce making, etc.) and meal preparation for customers.

Requirements

Must have food handler's certificate and some experience in a commercial kitchen. Must be passionate about learning food preparation skills.
