DescriptionThe role of Client Liaison serves our customers through relationship building, creative thinking, effective communication and organizational skills. ResponsibilitiesEmphasis of the Client Liaison position will be in developing new opportunities for client relationships and client follow up. Your main responsibilities will be to greet walk-in customers, give guided Design Studio tours, schedule consultations, answer phones, emails and follow up with potential clients, place retail orders, and help process other sales and service inquiries. You must have an outgoing and enthusiastic personality and be able to communicate effectively in person, over the phone and over email.
You will learn to explain our diverse product line and design applications displayed in the showroom and in collateral materials. You will be responsible for identifying and developing opportunities for California Closets in-home design consultations, resulting in you setting up appointments with our team of Design Consultants. You will be responsible for keeping the showroom in tip-top shape. Various side projects will be assigned as needed, such as assisting with Studio events, creating collateral and takeaways, uploading photos to our company website and updating our social media accounts.
RequirementsThose seeking degrees in Marketing, Communications, Sales, Retail, Interior design, Graphic design and related fields are suggested though not a requirement. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to get their foot in the door in these fields as we would love to see you grow in our company. We need self-motivated and driven individuals to deliver a superb, interactive customer experience that helps achieve our aggressive sales growth plan.
