We are a face paced growing Event and Wedding Planning Company.

Responsibilities

Additional responsibilities include but not limited to:
Assist with planning of events
Attend client meetings
Troubleshooting phone calls and site situations with clients & vendors
Conducting full site searches and create site search spreadsheets

Requirements

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Administrative sales support, providing our clients with any and all event-planning services necessary, and maintaining office systems.
Must be extremely organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask. Computer skills required Microsoft Word, Excel, etc. (experience with database systems a plus)
Ability to interact and respond to a broad spectrum of personality types.
Ability to work and thrive in a dynamic fast-paced environment with efficiency, poise and a sense of humor.
