Description

Who We Are:
Kelton is a strategy consultancy that creates consumer-centric solutions based on core human truths. We create brand relevance by taking a creative, thoughtful and rigorous approach to developing insights, crafting strategies, and designing solutions that deliver on consumer desires. We have a leadership team made up of seasoned research, communications, marketing, and design professionals. We are proud of having an entrepreneurial, start-up culture that’s collaborative and stimulates learning.
We serve as strategic and creative partners to a broad array of cross-industry clients. These clients include Amazon, Bloomingdale’s, Domino’s, Google, Nest, Pfizer, Target, Viacom and 8 of the 10 largest PR firms in the country.
We’re looking for a talented young designer to join our team as a full-time, paid intern. We’ll treat you as a member of the team and you’ll get exposure to a wide variety of industries, types of work, and design challenges. We are relatively flexible on dates and timelines for the internship, and offering opportunities during both summer and fall 2015.

Who You Are:
You should be passionate about brands, information and conceptual design. Interns are treated just as full-time employees and should be excited to jump in and work with a dynamic team. A high level of motivation and excellent communication skills are required to manage an incredibly diverse slate of work, clients, and team personalities. Flexibility to work on multiple projects, a natural aptitude for organization, and deadline-driven deliverable creation are equally important in this fast-paced environment.
You should have a bachelor’s degree or be in pursuit of one, and offer relevant internship experience to be considered for this role.
