Description

Naranga, the premier provider of amazing franchise management solutions, is looking for a Graphic Designer for our office located in Midtown Atlanta. At Naranga, you will join a team of highly-motivated and passionate individuals with a commitment to client success through the design, development, and execution of franchise and retail-based technology solutions.
The ideal candidate for the Graphic Designer position is someone with a passion for best practices in design and user interface. You should stay on top of the industry trends and show how we can lead by example. You should be a team player, and enjoy working with others in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Summary:
• Collaborate with key stakeholders on design projects.
• Drive graphic design initiatives while assisting with content when needed.
• Refine other people’s ideas and come up with your own, all in service of the best possible experience for our customers.
• Create a variety of marketing collateral and presentations; play a supporting role in content creation.
• Take ownership of assigned projects and make decisions with limited supervision.
• Create templates for presentations, emails and other branded items.
• Adjust and maintain branding guidelines.

Responsibilities

Requirements

Qualifications:
• Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in graphic design.
• Strong, professional knowledge, of the Adobe Creative Cloud (particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, Bridge, and Acrobat).
• The ability to listen, collaborate, and multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Solutions-oriented with ability to proactively organize and prioritize workload.
• Also operates effectively as an individual for quick turnaround of enhancements and fixes.
• Responsible for meeting expectations and deliverables on time and in high quality.
• Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript will be an asset.
• Must be proficient on a Mac (PC format proficiency a plus).
• Must be proficient in PowerPoint.
• Experience in InVision Software is a plus.

Education requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a web design related discipline (or equivalent work experience) .
• Resume should include links to an on-line Portfolio, app-specific design work and responsive web sites that you’ve designed and/or worked on.

Skills

Required - Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Acrobat, HTML/CSS, JavaScript, PowerPoint skills
