With that as a jumping off point, West Haddon Hall is beginning to design events, work with larger more established international brands, and tackle international hospitality projects. This is a fantastic growth opportunity for a potential hire and an exciting time to join the West Haddon Hall team.

Responsibilities

Assist in creating inspiration boards, mockups, and presentation materials
Source hard and soft materials
Furniture, fixture, and equipment procurement
Collaborate with clients, internal team members, and vendors to produce and execute projects on time and on budget
Any project research needed
Track and receive orders for clients
Manage any returns for clients
Communicate progress towards goals and milestones internally
Be accountable for committed deadlines

Requirements

Excellent change management skills, i.e., comfortable with ambiguity and constant change, yet able to set priorities and execute on commitments
Great attention to detail
Strong 2D drawing skills in either SketchUp or AutoCAD a plus
Strong Photoshop and InDesign Skills a plus
Experience with with Google Docs
Design/Architecture backgrounds are a plus but not a requirement
Studio Webware experience is a plus
Familiarity with custom furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E) & accessories is a must

Compensation: this is a student internship for course credit
