ResponsibilitiesMust have excellent written and verbal communication skills.Knowledge and experience with Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and other social media platforms.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Property and casualty insurance knowledge a plus.
Engaging with marketing teams on a regular basis to brainstorm ideas for new and innovative
marketing and social media campaigns. Assist with gathering data form photos and supporting a variety of visual effects.
RequirementsResponsible for the development, production, and post-production of videos; including, but not limited to B2B and B2C marketing videos, sales training educational videos, and corporate business meeting videos.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Assists in script development. Assesses if the script additions and amendments will edit properly in video and makes appropriate recommendations and/or changes to the script.
Stays current on company, industry and news trends in order to best organize and present video content.
Advances the production values of the company, shortens workloads and enhances the image of our brand and products.
Creates storyboards for live-action video to be shot as well as motion graphics and/or animations.
Creates shot-lists and scout locations for live-action video.
Casts, schedules, and coordinates talent for videos and shoots as needed.
Prepares all equipment, including props for video shoots and equipment rentals if needed.
Acts as director of photography for video shoots, including keeping shoots on schedule and being in compliance with public permissions. Responsible for all aesthetics as well as technical considerations; this includes all lighting, camera operation and sound operation.
Responsible for all principal shooting and video / audio recording.
Designs and develops motion graphics and still graphics for videos when required. (After Effects)
Assembles video and audio in non-linear editing software (Premiere Pro) when needed.
Creates visual effects, including green screen work (compositing) and any work that cannot be created practically. This may be subtleties such as logo removal.
Gathers music, voiceovers and sound effects for use in the videos (“audio engineering”), including researching appropriate material and altering/editing material for our needs.
Renders video and audio for different delivery methods.
Troubleshoots in areas of production if necessary.
Upload content to web for streaming and playback
Performs related work and additional duties as needed or required.
Overall management of studio, upkeep of equipment and recommendations for hardware and software upgrades and updates.
