DescriptionDog and Rooster, Inc. is looking for passionate, driven web designers. We work on a variety of custom design projects across media. You will get significant experience creating highly-effective and beautiful user-focused interfaces across a variety of environments (mobile, web apps, dashboards, e-commerce, etc).
We hold no barriers for our interns and you will participate in all stages of interface development life-cycle from initial concept, gathering requirements, designing prototypes, development, testing and deployment.
Work in a collaborative team environment with our highly supportive staff in beautiful San Diego, in Sorrento Valley.
ResponsibilitiesYou will work on many new projects, first stage mock ups on a daily basis. Your creative director will work closely with you to make sure you understand the client brand and concept. Your work will be critiqued daily.
You will probably also work on sketches, wireframes, site maps, navigation systems, page flow diagrams, and if you are up for it user dashboard designs and flows.
RequirementsYou must have extremely proficient technical skill in Photoshop, HTML, CSS. You will receive feedback on your work daily and be given projects to specifically strengthen your portfolio.
Candidates will be required to show a portfolio, and take a short test demonstrating basic technical skills in Photoshop.
