We are looking for interns that are interested in agency experience/client experience and working with venture funded start-ups. blueFractal believes that well-designed and well-structured internships are a valuable way to expose talented and interested individuals to a new organization and to new areas of work, while also providing high caliber project work.

blueFractal is a silicon beach tech start-up, providing strategies for digital solutions for their clients. Whether a start-up, ongoing business that is looking to increase their digital-centric business results, or a mature company looking to diversify their business model, the most effective strategy for their digital solution can be extremely elusive. blueFractal partners with companies to plan and execute digital growth plans. Spend your summer developing business opportunities for blueFractal. As a member of the Business Development team, you will work closely with our CEO and Sales and Marketing Teams. Interns will be taught how to strategically research deal opportunities, pitch business ideas, create effective proposals, manage business development databases, and interact with potential business partners. You need to be a people person who has sales and client facing experience, administrative skills, and excellent attention to detail.


• Strong organizational and prioritization skills
• Strong communication skills (both verbal and written abilities)
• Team player, that knows how to take direction, but also able to be self-motivated and self-directed, when necessary
• Keen eye for detail
• Flexibility in work hours
