Working in various verticals from Manufacturing, Legal and Finance to Health Care, NSI represents the next wave in Managed Services for any Company without a true Proactive Technology Support solution. In today’s economy businesses are seeking a reliable, scalable and affordable turnkey solution to encompass the outsourcing of Managed Technology Services. NSI has been delivering all of those services and then some to our existing Clients for many years, but now we are seeking to add a key addition to our team which will help NSI reach a broader base of SMBs helping us to continue to expand our footprint in the SMB Market.
At NSI Inside Sales is the engine room of our company. It all starts here. Making calls to find qualified prospects is the most important job in the company. Adding new profitable managed services customers is the top priority of our thriving business. Marketing, advertising and referrals are all important, but inside sales is the foundation that a predictable sales engine is built on.
Don't worry, we won't put the weight of the world on your shoulders without the tools to bear it. NSI has made a significant investment in a Sales Training Program that you will participate in before you ever make your 1st call. At the conclusion of the initial training you will have an excellent understanding of our Inside Sales process, you will never feel pressure on the phones and you will usually control the direction of the calls with the prospective clients. As a matter of fact decision makers will like speaking with you because you will be bringing a unique and valuable perspective to the conversation.

RequirementsThe Inside Sales Representatives must be able to communicate effectively and persuasively to a high volume of people throughout the workday. Since most of an Inside Sales Representative's job is spent talking on the phone, he or she must be able to apply their communication skills over the phone. The Candidate must also have experience typing and entering data into a Client Management Application (NSI provides training on the use of our CRM) and be familiar with the basics of Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook.
Although you will be working for a company that provides Technology Support you are not required to know anything about the inner workings of the technologies we support. Our unique approach is the standard by which all companies should gauge their current support model. Most companies we speak with don’t really understand their costs around technology. They also don’t know what “good” should look like when it comes to technology. Your job will be to explain this concept and show them why it would benefit them to meet with us. You need to show prospects why meeting with us will give them a better perspective on their technology costs and results.
The Candidate must be timely & disciplined but most of all the right Candidate should be able to have fun while working as a team to achieve our goals.
