American National Family of Companies is seeking a part-time, Career Developmental Trainee, within the Underwriting Services Division.
•The ability to learn processes, procedures, and responsibilities within the Underwriting Services Division
•Develop and maintain relationships with clients, agents, and team members
•Special projects as assigned by the team leader or supervisor
Educational Equivalent –Must be enrolled in college courses, (60) credit hours completed (preferred) Insurance, Finance or Business majors preferred
Specific Training/Knowledge - Customer service training/experience is preferred
Specific Skills – Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook, Must be able to maintain congruous working relationships with representatives from various areas of the company, Must have professional written and verbal communication skills
