The Crohn’s & Colitis Foundation of America (CCFA) was founded in 1967 and is supported solely by individual, foundation and corporate contributions. CCFA is dedicated to helping people with Crohn’s disease and ulcerative colitis, chronic digestive disorders of the intestines, through education, support, and funding research.
We are seeking a motivated individual to advance CCFA's mission and vision by supporting the Development Team. The Foundation Relations Intern will utilize their analytical, written and organizational skills to help seek new funding opportunities across the country and support the team in file management.

•Help identify new and lapsed foundation prospects
•Draft donor profiles for new prospects
•Help maintain database integrity through clean-up of donor accounts
•Assist with file management such as electronically filing grant agreements and organizing physical files
•Must be matriculated student enrolled in a 4 Year college program
•Must have Sophomore, Junior or Senior status
•Excellent oral and written English communication skills
•Excellent analytical skills
•Must be detail oriented
•Ability to prioritize, work under pressure and meet deadlines
•Must have knowledge of MS Office (including Microsoft Word and Excel)
•Hours, days, and start-date are flexible preferred 6/15/15); availability of 10-15 hours per week required
