DescriptionAn IP Network Engineer to join our growing team in USA.
What You’ll Do:
Deeply understand existing data center switching and routing architecture for service provider networks both at high and low level.
Develop detailed plans for configuring, testing and upgrading network elements as well as carry out associated hands-on tasks.
Manage, maintain and troubleshoot IP bearer and OAM network for design, deployment and operations.
Work closely with various project managers in defining, tracking and reporting tasks and milestones.
Provide architectural recommendations on introducing programmable networking principles (SDN/NFV) to a multi-service provider network.
Provide documentation for system deployment

The Skills and Background You’ll Bring:
Excellent understanding and working experience of dynamic routing protocols (BGP and OSPF).
Experience in implementing IPv6 networks in data center environments including associated routing architecture (BGPv6).
Good understanding and experience with MPLS at the telecom scale.
Experience working with Cisco (CRS-XR and IOS) equipment and Juniper (JUNOS).
Knowledge of software defined networking technologies such as virtual switch, virtual router, hypervisor layering, one or more hypervisor technologies and orchestration tools in the market is preferred.
Knowlege of OpenStack Neutron, OpenContrail, OpenFlow or other SDN products is desirable.
7+ years of experience in large scale routing and switching.
Relevant, applicable vendor-specific or vendor-neutral certifications.
Experience in a telecom operator lab environment is a plus.
B.Sc. in computer science, electrical engineering or similar fields (advanced degree is a plus).
