Community Energy is looking to build a team of 5-10 college students and/or recent graduates to promote residential rooftop solar throughout the Northeastern US. Join us today!
Renewable Energy is one of the fastest growing career fields in America and Residential Solar has arrived in the Northeast! Community Energy is the leading renewable energy company in the Northeast with a 13-year track record of expanding clean energy sales and project development.
The Community Energy Solar Education Corps will travel throughout the Northeast from Boston to Washington DC to promote residential solar in proximity to Community Energy solar customers. Activities may include, door-to-door canvassing, canvassing on the street, tabling at events and key locations like coffee shops, natural food stores, hardware stores.
The team will have a dedicated page on the Community Energy website to post videos and blog posts from the road. Position is currently for the summer. Community Energy pays all travel and meal expenses and team members are compensated based on individual and team results.
Requirements• At least one year of college education
• 2 years of work experience
• Passion for Renewable Energy
• Professional presence and strong communication skills
• Goal-oriented performance philosophy; ability to manage to the goal and maintain priorities
• Must be a team player
