The Family Education/Parent Engagement Intern will assist the Director of Parent Engagement and Education Coordinator of a non-profit organization.
ResponsibilitiesThe Intern will assist the Director of Parent Engagement with a focus on providing parents and caregivers with an interactive, educational and engaging experience. Duties may include, but are not limited to:
*Track attendance and assist with analysis of customer feedback via online surveys
*Provide support for parenting classes, consultations and speaking engagements
*Research engaging content, contribute to social media posts, maintain social media calendar
*Manage inventory of supplies for classes and programs
RequirementsRequired Relevant Coursework: education, early childhood development
Helpful Coursework: psychology/counseling: specifically dealing with children and families
Social Media savvy is a plus!
