DescriptionThis opportunity is for qualified personnel who will work with 1 to 3 students in a small group setting. This job requires an independent thinker who is passionate about educating and motivating student learners, ethical, kind, hardworking, and organized. Coaches are responsible for compliance paperwork that is due Monthly (time sheets, coaching session logs, student progression reports etc.). Ideal Education Wellness Coach Candidates should maintain flexible schedules with the availability of about 3 days a week. This position will offer candidates who are interested in a career in education an excellent opportunity to gain experience in a classroom setting with students. It will also be great for persons in diverse careers that would like to serve as mentor to a young person as well.
Responsibilities• Must display mastery in subject matter of coaching interest (90% or better)
• Proficient in Microsoft Word
• Complete lesson planning and displays organization upon arrival to each session
• Maintains confidentiality of students and parents
• Attends meeting held by RWA and/or school functions as required
• Communicates appropriately with parents after each session
• Directs parental concerns and information relative to children’s progress
• Contact teachers at least once a month
• Effectively executes the Company's Mission and Philosophy within each session
RequirementsMust be 18 years or older. Must have reliable transportation. Must understand that all students are capable of learning. Must demonstrate a positive and enthusiastic attitude towards internal and external customers with a high degree of professionalism. Must be FLEXIBLE.
