DescriptionDo you speak both English and Spanish fluently? When was the last time you felt good about work? Customer Support Specialists at our unique online school help over the phone on a wide range of topics, including interesting and varied state licensing requirements, and relevant and appropriate training choices for early childhood professionals. It's a great way to make a difference in the lives of tens of thousands of caregivers, and hundreds of thousands of children. Customer Support Specialists enter data and answer calls throughout the day and excellent keyboarding, data-entry, and phone skills are required.
We are: A friendly, casual, small (17 employees) business in Tysons Corner, Virginia (McLean) near the Galleria mall off Jones Branch Drive. Hours for this position are 9-6 M-TH and 8:30-5 on Fridays.
We do: Train childcare providers in all 50 states and around the world through the Internet, phone and mail. Students and children do not come to our location.

This position reports to a Customer Service Manager and will work closely with him or her to ensure amazing customer support and timely, excellent response to customer needs.

ResponsibilitiesPosition's Primary Responsibilities:

- Other tasks as needed
Requirements- Fluently bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Experienced answering phone
- Minimum typing speed 45wpm
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Works well under deadlines
