Odigia is currently seeking an Instructional Designer that will work hand-in-hand with leaders in higher education and industry who are deeply committed to instructor and learner success. This candidate will create online classes based around next-gen learning principles, offering strategic thought around the e-learning industry, and empower clients and team members with a successful, meaningful experience.

Responsibilities-Audit completed course conversions for formatting and completeness
-Design course-specific teacher resources
-Work cross-functionally with design, support, marketing, and product development teams to help deliver successful client-facing instructional design projects. As part of this process you will: offer ID consultation, assist in the custom curriculum development process to client standards, and update ID documentation to ensure quality and consistency
-Help execute successful product roll-out strategy for new clients at campuses across the United States that both supports current adoptions and incentives new ones
Requirements-Appreciation for technology’s ability to transform education
-Experience with different training modalities, history of training or customer support
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on presenting and training
