Description

International Student (F1) Customer Service Rep

Job Description:

Assist with designing Orientation consulting services and other online consultation services for Chinese oversea student in the U.S.
Recruit qualified counselor and Alumni consultants for our online platform
Develop and launch new student services in the national market O2O (online to offline)
Market our consultation platform to both students and consultants demographics
Coordinate all O2O student events, Build a strong relationship with both students and consultants demographics
Correspond with co-workers China to maintain the flow of information
Other daily works assigned by the management
Coordinate with academic schools (high schools and universities)

New Dream Services Inc. is a California-based company specialized in providing streamlined services for EB-5 immigrant families from Mainland China. We have a network of service specialists (full-time and part-time) who help new immigrant families smoothly transition into a new living environment in the US. We are also developing mobile application for Chinese oversea students, assisting them with orientation, school, career and physiological needs in their new life in U.S.

Requirements

Skills and Qualifications:

Must be legally eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship from our company
Bachelor degree or higher from US university
Prior experience with service Chinese oversea students with orientation, academic, career and life consultation
Bilingual - English and Mandarin Chinese (reading and speaking)
Experience in event management, management experience preferred
Excellent communication skills
Must be able to handle multi-tasking under extreme deadline pressure in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate will have exceptional motivation skills and approach each challenge with a positive attitude and enthusiasm.
The candidate must be attentive to details and resourceful in problem solving.
Highly proficient in MS Office software, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint, experienced with project management software.
Prior experiences in hospitality industry (travel agency, hotel, etc.) are a plus

Skills

Required - Chinese, Counselor Education
Preferred - National Certified Counselor
