Trimble Navigation Limited offers a unique opportunity for skilled recent graduates to join the Trimble team as a planner/buyer, new product introduction (NPI), or entry level engineer (test, process, application, product and/or SQA/quality) as part of our Graduate Trainee Program. The aim of this program is to recruit and develop highly skilled leadership candidates and will allow you to discover your passion and gain experience to grow into a career.
• We are seeking new graduates students with Master degrees in Industrial & Systems Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, or related fields.

RequirementsThe Graduate Trainee Program will involve an assessment of your leadership and managerial skills. Where necessary, we will support your development with further formal training. During a 27 – 36 month period, participants work on three or four different positions within various Operation departments and/or locations, providing vast opportunities and great company exposure. These positions will offer challenging projects and real time operations. You will be provided with opportunities to put these skills into practice, in preparation for your move to a managerial role.
The program will structure your development around clearly defined set of objectives. You will gain support and encouragement from three sources. Your Coach will be a manager who will work with you to ensure that you are reaching the standards expected of you and you are getting what you need from the program. Your Mentor will be a senior manager from another function, sharing the benefit of their experience and supporting you in the achievement of your personal objectives. Additionally, there will be other management trainees around the country who will form an invaluable network of contacts for you.
If at the end of the two year period, you successfully meet the performance requirement you will be appointed to your first managerial role with Trimble Navigation.
