DescriptionDo you enjoy finding logical holes? Software bugs? Do you have the mental stamina, patience, and determination to reproduce (with documented steps) problems in web and mobile software? This role isn’t just for Computer Science majors. Anyone with an analytical mind and attention to detail will find reward in this internship.
Responsibilities- Work closely with our customer service team to document, reproduce, and track issues.
- Use your discretion to triage incoming requests and escalate issues to the component engineering lead where necessary.
Requirements- Although an analytical/science major is strongly advised, it’s not required. The ability to critically analyze and document issues is the requirement.
- Demonstrable attention to quality, detail, and correctness.
- Strong communication skills in technical writing.
