Description

Here at The Composite Agency, we only take on clients we believe in, and for that reason we provide the highest level of service when managing their brand. Composite interns work as a team, and with other staff members, to build and maintain a constant awareness about the agency and our artist, whether through online/web marketing, editorial work, grassroots promotions or other mediums. At the end of a successful internship period, interns will have a host of work products to demonstrate their professional growth. Interns will represent the firm at industry events and artists’ performances. Interns will be held responsible for the following:

• Reporting to senior staff and assisting other staff members with various projects.
• Scheduling and attending industry events and shows
• Participating in all mandatory intern meetings.

Requirements

The ideal intern must be a self-starter who, while fulfilling his/her expected duties, is always looking for new and innovative ways to help grow not only the firm, but promote our artists. He/she must be responsible, timely, and, most importantly, enthusiastic about the position and about his/her own professional growth. The ideal intern must also know how to work as a team member representing our agency. He/she must be willing to commit at least 10 hours a week, sometimes to include evenings and weekends, and have access to transportation.
