Business Development Manager Job Purpose: Builds market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business relationships. Business Development Manager Job Duties:
• Identifies trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements; tracking individual contributors and their accomplishments.
• Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities.
• Screens potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials; evaluating options; resolving internal priorities; recommending equity investments.
• Develops negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new venture with company strategies and operations; examining risks and potentials; estimating partners' needs and goals.
• Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.
• Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.
• Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
• Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

Responsibilities

Is to first work on a commission based position and being paid 10% of each sponsorship funding brought in for any or each TV show series you pick,. The sponsor should be associated to fit the TV show series. After each TV show series budget is reached for three months, we can start productions on said TV show series. At this point, after the three months of sponsorship funding our company will ask if you would like to work full time, part time or casual. Full time employees will receive full benefits, plus a vehicle to use to visit their clients or sponsors. Part time employees we be offered limited benefits and will have an opportunity to work closes with full time employees to visit clients or sponsors. Casual workers will be able to be trained to become part time to full time employees.
