Wiles Magazine, an upscale publication with an international readership, is recruiting an editorial assistant! The Editorial Assistant will work directly with the Editor-in-Chief and gain invaluable experience in the operation of a modern publication.


The editorial assistant will assist the Editor-in-Chief with a variety of publicity and organizational tasks such as coordinating photo shoots, managing VIP lists at high-end events, contacting celebrity PR representatives for features, internet research, light editing/proofreading, and other tasks.

As a representative of Wiles Magazine, the Editorial Assistant must be personable and professional at major events such as runway shows, recruitment fairs, and cocktail parties.


The ideal applicant possesses strong computer and communication skills to support assignments completed remotely. Dependability, strong writing skills, and ability to work in a deadline-oriented environment are also strongly desired. Educational requirements include a degree or work towards a degree in communications, journalism, public relations, or related field.
