Description

The Hot Zone is the ultimate source for the latest in celebrity entertainment news, breaking news, and exclusive interviews featuring the hottest entertainers, sports figures, and socialites! Past one-on-one interviewees in The Hot Zone include, Lady Gaga, Kim Kardashian, Vanessa Hudgens, Kid Rock, Usher, Jay-Z, Alicia Keys, Derek Jeter and more.
This is a 3 month internship for school credit/experience only. We are looking for highly dedicated writers to share their flare and voice with us.

This internship is telecommute, so you have the flexibility to work from home 3 days per week for morning, evening or weekend shifts.

During the course of your internship, you will work closely with the manager of the website to create your own professional portfolio.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include:
1. Research online for stories to write for The Hot Zone's website.
2. Conduct celebrity phone or email interviews for Q&A.
3. Attend concerts, movie releases, and exclusive events for original write-ups for the website.
4. Promote/share your write-ups on all of The Hot Zone's social media websites.
5. Take pictures and videos during events

Requirements

The desired candidate must have excellent writing skills, social media experience, a unique style and voice in your writing, and must be reliable.
