Description

Entertainment company is looking for ORGANIZED PROFESSIONAL highly interested in the ENTERTAINMENT Industry business. This position can turn into the Executive Assistant. The CEO, is a public figure, talk show host, actress, recording artist,philanthropist and Entrepreneur. Located in Los Angeles, California, this intern assistant must be technology savvy and comfortable with handling multiple email accounts, phone calls, social media accounts, and work with their own laptop. BRAND AWARENESS, PRIVACY, and a SENSE OF URGENCY are KEY components to this position. The company is launching multi- million dollar social media platform. Great opportunity,wonderful experience and long term relationship.
*There is a reality show so being on camera occasionally is required.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to) the following:
•Represent celebrity in everyday operations through making phone calls, booking appointments, rescheduling meetings, updating calendar, setting reminders and contacting vendors, etc. (ORGANIZATION IS KEY)
•Research various topics depending on project.
•Writing: Update social media platforms and assist in writing pitch letters and other documents.

Requirements

•Technology savvy: email, Word, PowerPoint, social media platforms (STRONG WRITING SKILLS).
•Transportation: must be willing to work in Los Angeles, CA.
•Public speaking: must be comfortable with making phone calls, booking appointments, and occasionally running errands.
•Background in Communications, Public Relations, Event Planning, or Media strongly preferred.
•Experience in office assistance is a plus.
•Strong research skills and ability to handle multiple projects at one time.
