Interns will learn on the job experiences under the Executive President of West House Entertainment. Must be open-minded and able to attend various entertainment events.

Responsibilities•Assist the Executive President of West House Entertainment
•Be a part of overseeing the operations of West House Entertainment events and clients
•Be a part of daily conference calls regarding West House Entertainment events and clients
•Assist with operations through weekly projects
•Get a feel for what it would be like having a job in the fast paced entertainment industry
•Administrative duties required including but not limited to: updating excel spreadsheets, updating weekly event calendars, creating travel itineraries, and detailed weekly budget projects
•Must have ability to think quickly, creatively
•Eager to learn and be proactive with new tasks
•Must be able to handle a fast-paced environment and maintain exceptional work ethic
•Must be punctual, organized and detail oriented
•Strong project management skills
•Excellent phone demeanor, written and oral communication skills
•Internet savvy, proficient with using the net as a research tool
•You MUST be enrolled in a Broward County college/South Florida. Documentation is required.
•This is an UNPAID internship
•You must complete 20 hours a week, preferable days are Tuesday, Thursday & Friday’s, 12pm-5pm
•You must have FULL knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and be able to do various projects
