Description

I am a female serial entrepreneur with established businesses in entertainment as well as merchandising / fashion. Have you always want to learn how to build brands around a specific celebrity or IP? This is the best opportunity for you to all sides of the business in both the entertainment and merchandising industries. I am looking for a motivated trustworthy assistant that can multi-task and assist me in my businesses as well as launching a new exciting game changing startup platform. This can be part time or full time. Meet twice a week (LA area) and work remotely rest of the time (must be ok answering texts and emails at night time as well as weekends). I am looking for someone long term, so this could turn into a more permanent position.

Responsibilities

- Able to coordinate w/ clients and their representations
- coordinate w/ design, production, and customer service teams
- Make deadlines and make sure projects stay on track
- scheduling and organize calendars
- make decks and proposals
- occasional events we put on for clients

Requirements

Must Be
- Organized
- Efficient
- Loyal / Discreet
- Creative
- Be able to make beautiful decks (powerpoint is fine)
- Be proficient w/ microsoft office and tech savvy
- Motivated / Self Driven
- Detailed
- Graphic design skill is a plus but not necessary
- Be able to communicate efficiently with rest of the team and clients
- Reliable
- Great and fast reading skills
