DescriptionMarketing Operations Intern
TYGI is a small television development firm currently working on a number of exciting new reality television projects for leading national cable television channels. With our outstanding creative and production partners, we focus on programming in the home improvement, cooking, and travel genres. Due to the growth in project load, we are seeking a Marketing Operations Intern to facilitate communications and operational accuracy.
This Phoenix-based position in the television series marketing and sponsorship group and reporting directly to the President, is responsible for coordinating the office functions supporting both the President and the television media and sponsorship team and agencies, as well as their partners.
ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities include answering phones, researching potential leads, preparing network materials, preparing sponsor and series materials, compiling data, initiating and replying to emails, interacting with the accounting department on payables and receivables, scheduling travel, filing, and managing most clerical and administrative operations of the office and Company.
RequirementsThe successful candidate will be highly organized, have excellent interpersonal skills, and be self-motivated and detail oriented, able to multitask, and work in a fast-paced, startup environment. Proficiency with Powerpoint, Excel and Word required. Graphics experience a plus.
