Description

The Vitreous Group is a development agency & music management company situated in the heart of Hollywood. We are a female-run company dedicated to empowering and developing artists and musicians. Our Hollywood HQ also provides a versatile events space and coworking facility for 100 people.

We are seeking an Executive Assistant Intern for a three-month placement at our Hollywood office. In this role you will learn how to work as an executive assistant for a busy partner and music manager.

This role would be perfect for a student or recent graduate in:

Music Business administration
Music
Business
PR
Communications
In this role you will:

Support a busy music manager with detailed research tasks
Learn how to manage schedules for a busy partner and artists
Learn how to create proper invoices, contracts, agreements & email templates
Respond to business communication
Liaise with artists
Attend shows (where applicable)
Compile weekly client reports
Vital Tools: Understanding of the music industry and previous experience is a huge plus, but not mandatory. Standard admin skills: Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Google Calendar.

About You: We are looking for a candidate with excellent communication and artist relations , administration & interpersonal skills. We want to work with someone ambitious who can leverage this chance to prepare for a lifelong career in the music industry. We will equip you with the skills you need to land a paid role as an executive assistant.
