Company Overview: Researching the sustainability arena, GBW is focused on environmental concerns faced by today's livable cities in coalition with engineering, architectural, hospitality, and utility agencies. Our primary concern is to create an awareness and a requirement for a resilient and sustainable infrastructure leading to retrofitting for future climatic and environmental changes in our urban surroundings. Responsibilities

As an Intern you will be working closely with the CEO and the research staff throughout the duration of your internship. GBW has gained its remarkable reputation today through providing ground breaking and thought provoking research in the sustainability arena, focused on environmental concerns faced by today's livable cities in coalition with engineering, architectural, hospitality, and utility agencies. Our primary concern is to create an awareness and a requirement for a resilient and sustainable infrastructure leading to retrofitting for future climatic and environmental changes in our developing surroundings.

Responsibilities:

- Conducting web based and practical research of green building in the greater New York area.
- Assisting the Technical Analysts on a day to day basis through supplemental research material.
- Preparing documentation and presentations utilizing our independent research.
- Managing the magazine website under the supervision of the CEO and staff
- Gaining unparalleled practical knowledge of the sustainable industry, by participating in our forums, roundtables and think tanks.
