The Senior Events Coordinator will assist throughout the development, planning, and execution of onsite and offsite events and activities, including, but not limited to:


Offsite events:
• Liaise with various internal departments during the planning process of all events, including Marketing, Public Relations, Operations, and Team La Bonita Kidz departments
• Assist with the development and organization of event run shows and minute-by-minute production schedules
• Manage and direct volunteer staff onsite during events
• Assist with vendor load-in and load-out for all special events
• Provide administrative support to special events team, including credentialing of vendors and volunteer staff, radio and event supply inventory management
• Provide additional event support as needed
• Performs all other duties as assigned


• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must possess quality teamwork attitude
• Must possess great attention to detail

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook) with web-based resources and internet research a plus.
