DescriptionNational women's organization has an immediate need for Event Coordinators to assist in an upcoming January 2014 event in the Atlanta Metro area.
ResponsibilitiesMake phone calls, follow up, document progress, contact vendors/sponsors-whatever is needed to carry out a successful event.
RequirementsEvent Assistants must:
* Be Professional-in attire/dress
* Have own Laptop/Computer/Cellphone-Good with Excel
* Be mobile-have own transportation or willing to use Marta
* Have Excellent Communication skills-Articulate and Command of the English language when writing
* Have a Sense of Urgency/Time Sensitive
* Be able to take initiative-"think on your feet", know what is needed
* Be able to work well alone and with the team
