Description

A Meeting-Event Assistant Intern is needed immediately to assist nonprofit CEO at weekly engagements. Events are held throughout metro Atlanta.
Intern may be needed the day before the event- to prep for event, meet /discuss event details, etc.

Responsibilities

Intern will be responsible for:
* Making copies of promotional materials for event (in office) day before event
* Setting up event table w/promotional materials
* Manning event table for 3 hours
* Collect contact info from participants
* Enter contact information into database.
* Make followup calls.

Requirements

Must have reliable transportation, own laptop and cellphone.
