ResponsibilitiesThe ideal candidate for this position must have a strong professional background, will have extraordinary communication and writing skills.
•Should have at least six months of Meeting Planning/Coordination experience and/or Hospitality and Administrative experience.
•Strong computer skills in Excel, Internet, PowerPoint, Word (mail merge).
•Should be experienced working with multiple teams in executing various complex tasks.
•Must have a demonstrated ability to:
•Be a team player
•Organize and prioritize multiple projects in a rapidly changing work environment
RequirementsThe Project Assistant will provide support to the President, with focus on the maintenance of all attendee information and overall assistance with Logistics for programs to include:
•Being responsible for Database Management, Mail Merge and Registration Management.
•Serving as Team Database expert for data input and reporting.
•Hotel Coordination – Assisting Planner as necessary with trip specification, rooming list and A/V needs.
•Providing all meeting materials (i.e. signage, printing name badges, welcome kits, trip kits, departure notices, packing and shipping materials).
•Performing various support functions to help execute seminars, workshops and events.
•Assisting with contracting and managing trade show room blocks.
•Providing general Administrative Support.
