Description

For over 32 years, Balloon Crew, Inc. has decorated special events all over Ohio. We have won awards, devised "out-of-the-box" designs and stayed at the front of the pack in our industry. Once again, we are looking to expand our staff with a unique individual to help us with our website, marketing, social media, and customer sales.

Responsibilities

The right person will be working with daily social media ( Linked In, Facebook, Twitter, Pintrest, Instagram) as well as creation, delivery and set up of balloon decor and props. They will assist the owner and Vice President with Internet tasks, learn our invoicing and interact with clients during the entire sales and follow up process. New marketing ideas, representing the company at networking events while also organizing and creating useful systems within the company, will also be a part of their job. As we are a small business you will also be asked to do a few janitorial tasks as well. Hope you aren't allergic to Windex and Lysol!

Requirements

Experience in any form of our event industry is helpful but an energetic, detail oriented, Internet savvy person will do! Being skilled in Microsoft Word with a background involving administrative and sales training along with the ability to drive our delivery van and find venues in the area are important.
Whether you have a Business or Fine Arts degree, have worked in our industry or simply are REALLY good at working and playing well with others, you could be who we are looking for! Ability to work before and after regular hours as well as on Saturdays is a must. Weekends are for the customers!
