Description is a social marketplace where individuals can share the cost of group experiences with old friends and new. So often we skip out on unique experiences and great group rates because we don't have enough friends who can join. With our platform you can find others with similar interests who can join, get to know one another, and securely pool your money together to make anything more within reach.

We are looking for a few community organizers who will organize group experiences around New York City, list them on our marketplace, promote them, and get them booked!


-Find unique group experiences in the New York Metro area.
-List the experiences on our marketplace.
-Include as much information as possible.
-Promote your listings across social media and high traffic locations.
-Answer all questions interested users may have regarding your listing.
-Manage your listings (accept or decline requests.)
-Keep a detailed list of all approved guests and be sure to keep them informed.
-Tell our story to all new users.

You will be tasked with creating a minimum of 10 listings per month with the goal of getting 3-4 of those listings booked.
Pay is commission based. For every listing you get booked you will receive a percentage of the profit. There is no limit to your earning potential.

We will also be offering bonuses for every 50 people you get signed up.

My goal is to help improve your communication, organizational, leadership, and management skills.

In order to do so we will:

-Have a weekly call/meeting where we discuss your listings, goals and how you plan on getting your listings booked.
-Go through the sites analytics daily so you can see your listings performance and figure out what is working and what is not.
-Create a formula, and discuss growth hacking ideas, to help you reach your goals.
-Walk through the back end of the site so you have a better understanding of website management.

I want you to treat this internship as a management position. You are in complete control of all of your listings. What you list, and how you promote it, is entirely up to you. I want you to stand by your work and explain your process. Why did you list a certain experience? What was your plan to get it booked? Did you achieve your goals? What could you have done differently?

All of this data will help make the community even better.

At the end of the day this is a learning experience for both of us. I look forward to working together.
