Description

Looking for a high energy future workaholic who is passionate to learn. We will give you tasks you can handle. Looking for go-getters who want to learn the industry, not afraid to work knowing there is huge reward. Past interns have been hired at the Department of Defense, Children's Hospital, Political Campaigns and more! Others realized events isn't really their cup of tea.

Gain experience: social media, project management, graphic arts, design, marketing, client relations....

Responsibilities

Every event has it's own needs. May work long hours on event days. Some events may be the easiest ever. Be ready to pitch in where needed if it means greeting guests with a smile, social media postings or washing dishes in a pinch. The back side of event planning is often hard laborious work. We need team players who alway shine with a positive attitude.

You may use pictures of your work with Center of Attention in your portfolio as long as you credit Center of Attention Events as the production company.

Must sign confidentiality agreements. We have high profile clients who demand discernment and trust.

Requirements

Must receive school credit for the internship. We want interns with skin in the game.

Required - Basic Computer Skills, Phone Etiquette, Etiquette, Social Media, Writing Skills, Commitment to Customer Service
Preferred - Adobe Illustrator, Social Media, Blogging, Public Relations Skills, Photography Studio, Sales
